Wealth Management Coordinator , Client Services


Location:          20 E Thomas Rd Suite 2000  Phoenix, AZ  85012

Summary:

Provides client management support  for Wealth Management Client Services Sales personnel. This role assists the financial advisors in managing and organizing office work flow, provides client relationship support through interacting directly with clients, performs other practice management tasks relating to client service as needed. Work performed also includes composing routine correspondence, preparing reports, scheduling meetings or appointments, screening and directing incoming calls, providing information and maintaining files.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Manage Advisor appointments with clients via Salesforce
  • Prepares and verifies documentation on wealth management accounts
  • Prepares routine correspondence
  • On boarding of new clients and ongoing client marketing management
  • Running reports for advisor contact opportunities from Term Rep Spreadsheets
  • Manage and resolve wealth management clients service items
  • Insures Advertising, Business Cards, Letter Head and other documents are compliant
  • Maintain client segmentation and call lists via Salesforce
  • Processing mail
  • Processing and management of client deposits
  • FEI scanning of WMP paperwork and follow up to ensure completion and funding
  • Screening referrals from client support specialists
  • Maintain processes for client records retention and filing
  • Assisting with operations overflow for service team

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.  Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. 

Basic Requirements:

  • At least two years of Financial Services experience.
  • Proficiency with PC applications such as databases, spreadsheets, and word processing applications with emphasis on MS Office products and electronic mail/calendar system. Proficiency in Net X 360, Client Central and Sales Force is recommended

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 7
  • FINRA Series 66 license or combined FINRA Series 63 and 65 licenses preferred.
