Product Systems Specialist

Summary:
As the Product Systems Specialist for Osaic, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the systems and processes used to support the investment product shelf and the Product Management team. You will be the primary point of contact for vendors, and the owner of the proprietary and third-party systems. You will be expected to own processes for onboarding new product, maintaining existing product, and keeping all systems and rep-facing resources current and accurate.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the owner and primary user of product databases, and drive system improvement through analysis, recommendations, and coordination with IT department.
- Handle completion of contracts with product sponsors and third-party vendors, and act as liaison between Osaic legal team and counterparties.
- Own (update, organize, maintain) rep-facing website and intranet content as relates to investment product.
- Handle all rep-facing and internal communication plans for the department.
- Run backend reporting related to product oversight and act as liaison with Supervision and Compliance departments.
- Handle all product data entry and maintenance.
- Assist in reporting from Envestnet.
- Own vendor relationships and handle maintenance and product updates to third-party systems, including Rightbridge, AFFIRM, Annuity Intelligence, and iCapital.
- Act as backup to Data Feed Manager, and develop working knowledge of DST, DAZL, Albridge, and other third-party aggregation providers.
- Promote a consistently exceptional client experience.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis related to product, database, and data feeds.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry a must.
- Detailed-oriented and analytical with the ability to organize data and think critically.
- Prior experience with Pershing/NFS, investment product vendors, and product sponsors a plus.
- Microsoft Excel experience involving large data sets.
- Articulate, confident, driven professional with the ability to work with like-minded professionals in a results-oriented, fast-paced and growing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet performance goals in a results-oriented fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Requirements:
- FINRA Series 7 license.
