Advisor Group is seeking an individual to support the executive team, corporate development activities and strategic initiatives as a Business Presentation Design Specialist.  This role will develop executive and board level presentations, provide ad hoc reporting and analysis from multiple data sources, and support special requests and project work.  The individual will gather research and content and transform into succinct, expertly designed business documents with analysis and graphics.

  • Develop executive and board level presentations
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis from multiple data sources, presentation creation for executives (C-suite, strategic initiative leaders and board of directors)
  • Gather data, analyze, and organize supporting project deliverables, client presentations, and pre-call planning
  • Provide project updates, scorecards and status reporting summaries  
  • Manage multiple projects, presentations and requests with expert project management, timeline and prioritization expertise

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university (business, finance, computer science, economics, management degrees preferred; other degrees will be considered)

Basic Requirements:

  • Substantial experience using PowerPoint to create executive level materials and digital storytelling
  • 3+ years of related experience including extremely confidential content work
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating project tasks
  • Proven track record synthesizing information from disparate sources and presenting compelling conclusions / recommendations  
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
  • Advanced proficiency in charts, graphs and scorecard design, creation

Outstanding presentation and written communication skills

  • Excellent reporting, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple departments and complete deliverables on schedule
  • Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization
  • Solid and reliable mathematical skills
  • Adaptable and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-orientated and analytical with the ability to organize data and think critically
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Requirements:

  • MBA or Masters’ Degree from accredited university
  • Experience with Visual Basic, Power Pivot
  • Marketing, creative / graphic design experience
  • Work experience in wealth management, independent broker-dealer space, investment banking
