Advisor Group has returned to the office with hybrid schedules, we are seeking candidates willing to work a split schedule between home and the office. Consideration will be given to applicants seeking 100% remote work from home.

Summary:
As a member of our Investment Advisory Support team, you will assist our advisors, their clients and other team members in all aspects of operational and support activities for qualifying advisory accounts, as well as core business accounts when needed, through both phone support and case processing. You will collaborate with other functions across all aspects and stages of our processes to ensure our advisors and their clients receive leading service and support in every interaction with Advisor Group. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional experiences while providing assistance and expertise for our products, platforms and processes to respond to our customer’s stated and unstated needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leading service and support experiences for our advisors while answering questions, researching issues and completing transactions
- Support both brokerage and investment advisory needs dynamically across channels – phone and ticket processing – with product, platform and process knowledge
- Assist with navigation in advisory platforms including: Envestnest / Wealth Management Platform, etc. as well as core business platforms including: Pershing NetX Platform, NFS Wealthscape, etc.
- Create strong working relationships with advisors, their office staff and peers across the firm
- Educate advisors where to find online information and other self-serve solutions
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify our customers’ stated and unstated needs in order to deliver required outcomes with exceptional experiences
- Efficiently and effectively process incoming requests, transactions, daily trade reports and other interaction drivers
- Log interactions within CRM system for most interactions to capture notes and other relevant information for future support needs
- Exercise judgment to know when to escalate issues to supervisor or manager
- Communicate and partner with other business units within the Advisor Group to resolve concerns and issues
- Analyze problems, take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
- Meet stated satisfaction, quality and production goals
- Provide peer-to-peer training, as needed
- Keep up to date on changes to industry and business processes
- Continuously learn and support various financial products
- All other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting
- 2+ years working in a customer service operation or contact center
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Proficiency working in a CRM system (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Experience with Pershing Netx360 and National Financial Systems Wealthscape platforms
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and organization/multi-tasking skills

- Ability to work quickly and accurately while under pressure
- Resourceful and detail oriented with an analytical mindset

Preferred Requirements:
- 4+ years of related brokerage experience
- 1+ years of investment advisory experience
- Completion of the FINRA SIE exam
- FINRA Series 7
- Experience with Envestnet / Wealth Management Platform
