Technical Business Systems Analyst


Location:               20 East Thomas Road, Suite 2000, Phoenix, AZ 85012

Summary:

This Technical Business Systems Analyst (TBSA) is a member of the Salesforce Team and will be a liaison between product and developers to assist in defining scope, documenting and/or validating business requirements, identifying gaps, as well as assist with the applications implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed functional requirement specifications from existing systems, previous drafts, and SME interviews.
  • Assists in formulating and defining small project/system scope and objectives and developing detailed systems specifications from which programs will be written and that fit with internal system architecture standards.
  • Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data.
  • Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data.
  • Conduct gap analyses.
  • Capture, mitigate and /or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Troubleshoot & evaluate requests that filter through ticketing system.
  • Support tracking of bugs/enhancements/features as part of the change management process.
  • Support maintenance of business systems and interface applications.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent required

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology is a must
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a strong ability to work independently, multi-task, and successfully manage time.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Financial Services industry is a plus
